Nabila El-Ahmed
Project Manager II, MEL
Nabila El-Ahmed is a project manager with IISD’s Economic Law and Policy program. She brings over 14 years of experience in project management, monitoring and evaluation, and results-based management. Nabila has significant experience in project evaluation and an advanced understanding of outcome and impact evaluation tools and methodologies.
Prior to joining IISD, Nabila worked in the Middle East and Canada supporting monitoring and evaluation with Oxfam in areas such as the Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights program. She also worked on fundraising with the ACCESS Community Capital Fund.
Nabila is based in Toronto and holds a master’s degree in globalization and international development.
